Refund policy

Tenemos una política de cambio de 10 días hábiles; es decir, tiene 10 días hábiles (de lunes a sábado), después de recibir o comprar su artículo para solicitar un cambio.

El cambio será por otra pieza o crédito en la tienda. No hacemos devolución de dinero. 

Para ser elegible para un cambio, su artículo debe estar en las mismas condiciones en las que lo recibió/compró, sin usar, con etiquetas y en su empaque original. También necesitará el recibo o comprobante de compra.

Desafortunadamente, no podemos aceptar cambios en los artículos de venta final, como aquellos comprados en descuento o bajo promociones. 


Cambios en Compras Online:

Al comprar online, los 10 días hábiles para realizar un cambio, serán contados desde el día que recibió su orden. Puede:

1. Devolver el artículo por crédito en la tienda: El crédito será otorgado una vez que la pieza llegue a la tienda y sea verificada. 

2. Pedir un cambio: La nueva pieza será enviada una vez que recibamos la pieza que desea cambiar.

You have 10 business days (Monday-Saturday) to make an exchange, which are counted starting on the day you make the purchase in-store, or receive your online order. 

Exchanges can be for a different product or credit in-store. We do not do money returns. 

To be eligible for an exchange, the product must be in the same condition as it was purchased, unworn, with tags, and in its original packaging. You also must have the receipt or proof of purchase. 

Unfortunately, we do not accept exchanges of final sales articles, as such bought with a discount or under a promotion. 

 

Exchanges for Online Purchases

When you buy online, the 10 business days to make an exchange are counted from the day you receive your order. If you want to make an exchange, you can:

1. Return the product for credit in-store. The credit will be granted once the product arrives at the store and is verified. 

2. Request an exchange: The new article will be sent once we receive the product to be exchanged.
